E3: World’s Tallest Filing Cabinet
The World’s Tallest Filing Cabinet is an homage to one of Burlington’s biggest bureaucratic red-tape tangles: The Champlain Parkway. A whopping 55 years after the project was first proposed, it’s finally taking some steps toward happening … and that’s where things get a little ironic.
